After winning their game against the Angels, the Royals are moving on to play the Baltimore Orioles on Oct. 10.

When asked about the Royals, Owen Tuckfield, a junior at BHS, said, “I’m excited. The excitement in the air is tantalizing.”

With the competition hotter than ever, they are now head to head competing. Now ask yourself, who’s in for the win?

“I think they are going to lose, honestly I do,” sophomore Justin Howard said.

Now, as more attention grows for these teams, the pressure grows as well. This attention could be good or bad depending on how you look at it.

“I like the Royals,” sophomore Ashlynn Johnson said. “They are doing really good this year, and it’s really exciting that they made it this far.”

Now, as the game approaches, the crowd grows restless for Friday, Oct. 10, to see who strikes out of the World Series.
