Claire Baker is a senior at BHS. Baker has participated in many things throughout her time in high school. Baker plans to attend college at Kansas State University.
“I was in student council all four years, girls varsity volleyball all four years, BHS stands up to cancer all four years, Environmental club three years, S.P.E.A.K all four years, golf for two years, Mardi Gras club all four years, and art club all four years.” Baker said.
“My plans after high school are to attend Kansas State University. My goal is to go into Pre-Nursing. While I am in school I will work as a CNA at an assisted living facility.” Baker said.
Baker’s major right now is Nutrition and Health.
“My major right now is Nutrition and Health and I am wanting to become a nurse. I have hopes of coming back to school and getting to graduate school to become a Nurse Practitioner.’’ Baker said.
Baker has made a very big impact on BHS and she will always remember the memories she has made at BHS.
“I will miss playing volleyball and the team and being able to see my friends every day. I will also miss art with Ms. Weaver. My favorite high school memory is either winning substate and going to state for volleyball my freshman year of high school or my senior year Highland art competition when we won both the sculpture and sidewalk chalk contests.” Baker said.
