Many people dress many ways for many different reasons. Maybe it is their religion. Maybe they spent all night studying for a big test and want to wear sweatpants and a hoodie.

According to news.fresno.edu, students should be allowed to wear what they want to wear, it sets the tone in the atmosphere. Student should feel good in what they wear. Students should not have to wear a skirt if they do not feel comfortable in it.

Parents buy the clothes of the student typically, they should be able to wear it. They should not wait till the weekend or the summer to wear it. Yes, there are rules at the schools, but students should adapt to what is appropriate. Hopefully if it is snowing outside the student is wearing jeans and an appropriate shirt, not short shorts and a tank top.

When the students go to school they want to express themselves. Some are limited on how they express themselves. Some people express themselves by how they dress. That is why we should not have school uniforms. How you dress is how you and other people describe yourself.
