At a recent school board meeting, a proposal was passed for all BHS students to receive iPads next year.  At the start of next year each student will be checked out an iPad to use for  their school assignments.

This is a positive investment  for BHS.  I currently have my own personal iPad and use it on a daily basis for school-related research.  It would be extremely nice if I could have all my school books on it as well.  I would not have to worry about forgetting anything because it would all be in one place.

I realize that iPads cost a lot of money, but they are worth it.  Books will be able to be purchased at half the cost of their normal prices and, in the long run, will end up saving the school more money.

The extensive amount of apps available on the iPads are phenomenal. They can be used virtually in any class for any project to help students.  Apps can be used for any subject like writing, reading, Math and Sciences
