Baldwin City Beer Company is a new company coming to town. This building has been in our town for many years, originally a supermarket, then a hardware store, and then an antique store. 

“Baldwin has a scarcety of restaurants and when I made the decision there weren’t a lot of nightlife options, and people wanted to go out after dinner time,” Venable said. “It was just the perfect opportunity for us to jump right in and begin.”

We have a new company and restaurant coming to Baldwin City. It is going to be run by Cory Venable and his wife. They are hoping to open it sometime in November. It will be on the corner on 6th and High Streets. 

“I have grown up in Baldwin my whole life. I went to Baldwin High School and Baker University,” Venable said.

Venable’s goal is to use all of the space in the building and make it the best possible.

“It’s gonna be 10,000 ft of space including a patio outside. There will be a brewery part including a restaurant as well,” Venable said. “There is also going to be an event space so people can rent it out.”

There will be many job opportunities when it opens. People of all ages can work. 

It’s going to have a great impact on everyone in Baldwin, and welcome the Baldwin City Beer Company & Restaurant.
