A poll was taken asking BHS students to rank where common menu items are served the best in Baldwin City. The categories were burgers, fries, sub sandwiches, coffee and donuts.

Kwik Shop was the top ranked place for donuts in Baldwin.

“I prefer Kwik Shop because it’s cheap, easy and quick, they also have a large variety so that helps.” senior Makayla Johnson said.

The best place to order burgers and fries are both Sonic.

“The tastes are amazing, the prices good and there is a nice selection,” junior Joshua Swarb said.

Sub sandwiches are best served at Subway.

“I like Subway the best because they always add as many toppings as I can and are very cheerful,” sophomore Kylie O’Brien said.

Kwik Shop and Jitters tied for the best place to get coffee.

“I purchase my coffee usually from Kwik Shop,” sophomore Tanner Wilson said. “But I enjoy coffee from Jitters, too.”
