The March of Dimes walk was moved to the Baldwin High School gym instead of having it outside at the track, due to weather. FBLA raised a $150 to support the cause of premature babies. The event lasted from 8:30 to 11 am. About twenty people showed up to the walk.

FBLA advisor Patricia Lenning was very pleased with the outcome.

“I am definitely proud of the FBLA team this year,” Lenning said. “It may have been delayed a little by having to move it into the gym but it was a good event. Next year we plan on having it more advertised to help it be bigger.”

FBLA STUCO rep Ashton Temple had a big role in the organizing the walk.

“I helped organizing the walk for FBLA,” Temple said. “Everyone’s effort combined definitely helped with outcome of the walk, next year I think it’ll be bigger since we have feel for what were doing.”

March of Dimes participant Joshua Boline thought the walk was an success.

“It was my first time that I attended anything of FBLA,” Boline said. “I finished the walk and I thought it was for a good cause.”
