“My great grandpa and grandpa both were really good at art and shared that with at a very early age. My family has always been supportive of my artistic journey and really embraced my creativity. I have also had a great group of art teachers that I have really resonated with and really respect. I love seeing the process of bringing an idea or thought into reality. It’s also intriguing to see that Idea change and evolve. Rarely ever do I have an idea and I don’t change it anyway, and that’s great. I really want to hold on to my artsy side because most people sadly have it in high school, and college if they’re lucky, but then get caught up in work then hardly touch it again. It happens to most people without them realizing it. My grandpa got a job in carpentry and luckily was able to keep in touch with his artistic side through things like wood carving.”
