How were you feeling at the beginning of the season with your team?
I was feeling pretty good. We had been working really hard and that hard work was paying off on the field in our first few games in which we won most of them.
How are you feeling around halfway through the season?
It started to get a little shaky. We had some injuries to some key players and once those started to pile up, we found ourselves in some trouble.
What has been your favorite moment of the season so far?
Blanking Basehor-Linwood has been my favorite part of the season so far. That was a good game and we really put what we had been working on together.
How would you describe your style of coaching?
I have the expectation that you play like you practice. I have stressed that mentality from Day 1 and I keep coming back to it every day.
How has your first year as head coach been?
It has been going well so far. I have so much to learn still, but so far things have been going good
What do you feel like is different from when you were the assistant coach to now that you are the head coach?
There is a lot more responsibility to being a head coach than there is an assistant.
