BULLDOG SPOTLIGHT: Nigh reflects on senior “lasts”

Senior Addie Nigh is graduating this year 2019. She will be going to her last prom, and games.

“I am super excited for prom this year! I think prom is going to have super good music and I know everyone will look great,” Nigh said

“It’s going to be super sad though because it is towards the end of the year and just thinking about not being with everybody next year is crazy. I think the lasts of high school are super sad,” Nigh said

Seniors only have one chance to make this year one of the best years they have had. They only go to high school for four years and then graduate. Seniors only get one graduation.

“When volleyball and football season ended it was super sad especially on senior night when all of our friends and family were there to celebrate how hard we worked,” Nigh said.

“Also, the lasts of the dances are super sad because dances are one of my favorite memories in high school,” Nigh said.

The seniors playing sports this spring have one more chance to leave a legacy on the team and in the school.

“A last for me that I already know will make me super emotional is softball,” Nigh said.

“I have grown up playing since the age four and it’s going to be really hard to let go especially since I love the team and all the joy they have brought me,”  Nigh said.

I think once we get to the last few weeks of high school it’s going to hit everyone and make people super emotional because of all the memories we had made the last four years,” Nigh said.

It is going to be sad to see all the seniors leave but at least they had a blast these four years.
