Why we should stop using so many fossil fuels

Fossil fuel usage is decreasing but it is still way too high and may be too late. They can damage not only the environment but also our bodies. We need to find a fuel replacement and we need to do do it soon.

Many people are saying that by the year 2030 we may be past the point of no return for the safety and future generations to come. These may just be speculations but we can’t be for sure it isn’t.

To change our usage of oil and gas the best solution would to use nuclear, wind, solar, or ethanol said Sean Ross. The usage of gasoline and oil make up the fuel usage of about 80% of all fuels if we could get down he amount of fossil fuel usage by close to 20-25% we may be able to save the earth and create a much safer environment for our future. ( Information from Union of Concerned Scientist.)

The effects of fossil fuels are disastrous not only do they cause the sea levels to rise and more similar problems for the sea but its cost is also a major problem for countries. The amount for gas and oil aren’t represented on the market they are in their own entire market.

If we were to decrease the usage of fossil fuels we would not only be decreasing air, sea, and land pollution but we would also be decreasing government spending The UCS saids. Since we spend so much on gas and oil we maybe able to spend money on finding another way to power our vehicles and factories.

We could do so much more with our money if we weren’t spending so much on these fuels when there are much better ways for us to spend such as on schools and the other fuel system. We could fund more into the studies on how to save our planet from all the pollutions, teams could form to stop the spread and clean up the ocean from oil spills.

With the decrease in fossil fuel usages may help the atmospheres high Carbon Dioxide count and freshen up the air in cities and countries. Cities in China are so overcome with this polluted air that a high percentage of the deaths in these areas are caused by the lack of oxygen in the air.
