The BHS girls tennis team has a new face on the team this year. Junior Sophie Robertson traveled all the way from New Zealand to experience a year in America as an exchange student. Robertson added to her experience here by joining the Bulldog tennis team. She has played tennis most of her life and hopes to continue her tennis career after high school.

Assistant coach Chad Scoby says that Robertson has been a great addition to the team.

“Not only is she a terrific player, but she is a great teammate who works hard and loves to play the game,” Scoby said. “Sophie is very intense on the court and she approaches every match determined to win.”
